Anthony Shaw

Mr. Shaw started his professional career with KPMG and worked with them in Montreal as a Senior Auditor and Toronto as a Tax Manager. Subsequently he joined Scotiabank in Toronto and was posted at Scotia Plaza in a Commercial Banking role. This was followed by a series of International postings in the USVI, Kingston Jamaica and finally in Barbados .

Mr. Shaw Holds a B. Comm. from McGill University in Accounting and Management Information Systems, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill, and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

He has been on the Council of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce since 2005 and has been on the Executive Council of the Barbados Youth Business Trust since 1999.

FRANCES PARRAVICINO

Mrs. Parravicino brings to her position 32 years banking experience in Barbados. She has extensive experience in retail and corporate lending, human resources, treasury management and capital market transactions. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. She is responsible for all areas of the Corporate and Commercial portfolio, including lending, leasing, deposits and foreign exchange trading.

Mrs. Holder is responsible for all of the financial, accounting and Internal control functions, including Regulatory Compliance.

Prior to her joining the company in 2003, she spent 14 years in Corporate Accounting with Sagicor Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

MARGARET WHARTON

Prior to joining Signia in June 2005, Margaret was employed within the Banking industry for over 28 years. Over the years she pursued courses with The Institute of Canadian Bankers where she successfully gained Letters of Accomplishment in various subjects. She has a certificate as a Life Underwriter and has completed a Financial Advisor's course.

She is Member of St. David's Anglican Church Ushers' Guild and was Secretary of St. David's Parochial Church Council 1998-2004.

AYESHA MAYCOCK

INVESTMENT MANAGER

Ms. Maycock joined our team in April 2004 and has played a vital role in positioning Signia Financial Group Inc. as one of the leading brokerage houses in Barbados.

A former Combermerian, Ms Maycock has represented Barbados at numerous regional and international competitions in track and field. She was awarded an athletic scholarship to Austin Peay State University in Tennessee where she obtained a BBA in Business Management. She later obtained an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Ms Maycock is in the final stages of pursing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
