Mr. Cave is Chairman of one of the islands leading retail stores, Cave Shepherd, a public company listed on the Barbados Stock Exchange. Geoffrey Cave , who holds a B. Comm. from McGill University of Canada, joined Cave Shepherd, a family run business, in 1963. He held various positions in the company, became Managing Director in 1970, and was later elected Chairman in 1975, a position he maintains today. Under his leadership, Cave Shepherd has grown to become a trusted household name in Barbados . His tremendous vision and sound judgment has resulted in a company that is broad and diverse in its operation with interest in retail, financial services and tourism related industries. He has a distinguished career in business in Barbados being involved as Director and Chairman of several leading private and public companies in Barbados . He also served on the Board of several government and non-governmental organizations and has been an advisor and trustee to numerous schools, universities and charities. Mr. Cave is a Justice of the Peace and at the turn of the century, he was awarded the Barbados Centennial Honor. In 2001, Mr. Cave was honored with the Caribbean Master Entrepreneur Award. In the Queens New Years' Honors List in 2003, he was appointed Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. |

Mr. Shaw started his professional career with KPMG and worked with them in Montreal as a Senior Auditor and Toronto as a Tax Manager. Subsequently he joined Scotiabank in Toronto and was posted at Scotia Plaza in a Commercial Banking role. This was followed by a series of International postings in the USVI, Kingston Jamaica and finally in Barbados. Mr. Shaw Holds a B. Comm. from McGill University in Accounting and Management Information Systems, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill, and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He has been on the Council of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce since 2005 and has been on the Executive Council of the Barbados Youth Business Trust since 1999. |

John Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Manchester University. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (FCA) and the institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (FCA). Mr Williams started his career in the London office of Price Waterhouse and continued in the Barbados office on his return home. In 1986, he joined the United States Agency for International Development as Senior Financial Analyst. Mr. Williams worked for the Goddard Group of Companies from 1988 to 2006. He held positions in their retail and manufacturing subsidiaries, before being appointed Divisional General Manager of the Manufacturing & Services Division and serving as an Executive Director on the main Board. In March 2006, Mr. Williams joined Cave Shepherd & Company Limited as Chief Executive Officer. In this role he has responsibility for the overall management and strategic direction of this publicly listed company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Mr. Cave holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with four years of professional accounting experience with then Coopers & Lybrand in Canada and then Price Waterhouse in Barbados . In addition, Mr. Cave completed a two-year contract with the Commonwealth Development Corporation as an Executive in their East Caribbean office before joining Cave Shepherd in 1994. Mr. Cave now serves as a director of the parent board of Cave Shepherd & Co. Ltd. and several of its subsidiary and associated company boards.

Mrs. Cherebin is a Banking Supervision and Financial Services Consultant working with regional and international agencies, including the Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre and the International Monetary Fund to assist countries with strengthening the regulation and supervision of their financial sectors. Prior to her retirement in 1997, she was Director of Bank Supervision at the Central Bank of Barbados having joined that institution as a Senior Bank Examiner in 1976. She also worked as an Economist with the Ministry of Trade in Barbados and as an Adviser to the Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados. During 1993 - 1994 she was on secondment to the International Monetary Fund for an eighteen-month period and conducted a study on the Harmonization of Banking Supervision Practices in the Caricom Region, the recommendations of which have since been implemented by regional central banks to strengthen their regulatory and supervisory procedures. Mrs. Cherebin is a former Chairperson of the Barbados Anti-Money Laundering Authority and was until recently a Commissioner with the Barbados Securities Commission and the Barbados Fair Trading Commission. She attended Bishop’s High School in Guyana, the University of the West Indies and York University in Canada.
